1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific order under challenge in this petition. The petitioner has filed an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. on 17.05.2019 in which after the appearance of the respondent side, the matter is stand-still till date and even the application for grant of interim maintenance has not been considered and decided by the learned Family Court. Therefore, a direction is sought.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned Family Court to consider and dispose off the application of the petitioner

-2for grant of maintenance under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. as early as possible preferably within a period of one month on condition that there is no lock-down in between.
