The limited grievance that the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition has is that the Petitioner has moved an application before the Respondent for grant of lease over the property situated at Khasra No. 70/1 situated at Village Masturi, District Bilaspur. The said application of the Petitioner is pending since long and therefore the Petitioner has sought for a direction that the Respondent may take a decision on his application at the earliest.

The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner is not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is being disposed of directing the Respondent to consider and decide the said application for grant of lease so far as the Petitioner is concerned, at the earliest, in accordance with law. 5.
