1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from High School, Rajpur to High School, Sewari stating that she has made request for transfer whereas, she has not made request for transfer
W.P.(S)No.5401/2016 and the order is contradictory in nature. He further submits that the petitioner may be allowed to submit a representation to the State Government, as one Shyam Lal Mahant as also been sent to Sewari which has been challenged in W.P.(S)No.3787/2016.
2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.
3. If the petitioner makes a representation to the State Government on or before 17-10-2016, same may be taken into consideration by the authority in accordance with law and if no one has been posted in place of the petitioner, coercive steps should not be taken against her compelling her to join at Sewari, Block Raipur for a period of four weeks from today.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
5. Certified copy today itself.
