The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the unpaid salary for the petitioner for the month of June, 2016 and also for the month of January, February and August, 2017. According to the petitioner, no reason whatsoever is assigned by the authorities for not releasing the salary for the aforesaid period.

Given the limited nature of dispute that the petitioner has and also considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.3 to 5 to take an appropriate decision in respect of the unpaid salary of the petitioner for the period June, 2016 and for the month of January, February and August, 2017 at the earliest in accordance with the Rules governing the field preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
