Learned counsel appearing for the respondent referring to the averments made in the reply and order dated 11.01.2016 (Annexure - R/A) submits that though belatedly, order of this Court has been complied with and decision has been taken on the representation of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of on incorrect premises of non-availability of required number of existing vacant posts. 3.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner proceeds on the merits of the case, which cannot be gone into the contempt proceeding. This Court can only direct that considering the fact that the order has been duly complied with by the respondent by deciding representation of the petitioner though late, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. However, respondent should remain careful in future in the matter in compliance of the Court order to ensure that the order has been complied within the time stipulated by the Court.
