The transfer order dated 24.05.2016 is under challenge that the petitioner, who is aged 58 years, is being posted in core scheduled area whereas under policy dated 03.06.2015, as far as possible, an employee who have exceeded 55 years of age are to be excluded from posting in core scheduled area. 2.

This aspect may require consideration. The petitioner has already preferred representation. Let decision be taken on petitioner's representation to consider his posting outside any core scheduled area. The decision may be taken in four weeks. For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. Further as the petitioner has worked in scheduled area for very long time in service tenure, the respondent may also consider for posting outside the scheduled area to any other station in the State.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
