This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.9/2020, registered at Police Station Kodokurso, District North Bastar - Kanker (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of eyewitness namely; Ram Prasad.

4. No objection from other side.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
