Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/10/2016 There is no dispute now that C.G. Road Development Agency is a part and parcel of the Panchayat department.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained posted in the scheduled area for a very long time. Therefore, his case may be considered for posting outside the scheduled area in view of circular dated 03/06/2015.
Considering the submission, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers representation within a period of 7 days from today, the representation shall be considered and decided within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner, provided, no one has joined at the present place of posting of the petitioner.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
