1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.218/2018 registered in Police Station Rakhi, District Raipur for offence under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Officences Act, 2012.

2. Having considered the nature of allegations, which reveal that the applicant continuously sexually exploited the girl aged less than 18 years, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. The applicant may repeat his prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
