1. On reference made by Additional Commissioner, Raipur, Division Raipur on 28.06.2014, wherein, it has been stated that despite interim orders passed, the Chief Executive Officer/respondent is not complying with the order.
2. Referring to reply, learned counsel for the respondent submits that at the time when the order was passed, the order was challenged mainly on the ground that it was without jurisdiction. Later on, in compliance of the order passed by the Commissioner, the concerned employee Brindavan Vishwakarma was reinstated vide order dated 01.09.2014 (Annexure R 1-7).
3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to proceed further with the matter under reference. The reference proceedings are accordingly disposed off.
