1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.340/2020 registered in Police Station Outpost Koriya, PS Chirmiri, District Koriya for offence under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with his brother have obtained payment of Rs.6.5 lakhs from the complainants assuring employment in a private company.

3. Considering that the offence is triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st

MCRC No. 2594 of 2021 Class and the applicant is in jail since 10.3.2021 i.e. for about 4 months and charge sheet has already been filed, as also for the fact that the applicant has no previous antecedents, I am inclined to release him on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
