1. Learned counsel for the appellant states that during pendency of this appeal, there is happy re-union between the appellant-wife and the respondent-husband and the appellant is now residing with her husband and their disputes have been amicably settled and resolved keeping in view larger interest of their marital life. Therefore, in these circumstances, the appellant does not wish to press this appeal.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the above statement and submits that he has no objection to withdrawal of the appeal.
