With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order issued by the Chief Executive Officer of District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Ambikapur, a registered cooperative society.

The petitioner being an employee of a cooperative society, remedy for him lies in raising a dispute before the authorities under Section 55 of

the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner may avail the alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
