At the very outset, Shri N.K. Vyas, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, undertakes to hand over the cheque of the assessed amount of compensation to the petitioner within three working days. 2.

On receipt of the assessed amount of compensation, if the petitioner feels that the same is inadequate, he would be at liberty to move before the appropriate authority under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956 for enhancement of compensation.
