Nankchand Lader v. State Of Chhattisgarh
HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet WPS No. 4674 of 2017 Nankchand Lader -Versus- State of Chhattisgarh & Ors. 29/04/2019 Mr. Nankchand Lader, petitioner in person.
Mr. Sameer Behar, Panel Lawyer for the State. The petitioner appeared in person in the morning and moved a Court slip for listing of the case at the earliest. As per the request of petitioner, the matter was taken up in the second half of the day.
When the matter was called, the petitioner appeared in person and made a submission that he intends to withdraw the writ petition. However, he makes a prayer that he may be permitted to approach the authorities in the Department by making a suitable appeal against the order of termination from service.
To the limited prayer that the petitioner has made, the State counsel does not have any objection.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities in the Department by way of an appeal. In the event, the petitioner prefers an appeal, the authorities concerned may decide the appeal at the earliest in accordance with law. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Ved
