This review petition is directed against the order dated 01/03/2013 in W.P.(S) No. 500/2013. Similar issue was decided by this Court in W.P. No. 2/2001 against which a batch of writ appeals were preferred by the petitioner before the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No. 574/2013 and other connected matters. 2.

Admittedly, the said writ appeal has been dismissed by the Division Bench, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this review petition. 3.
