1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.44/2021 registered in Police Station Gobra Navapara, District Raipur for offence under Section 420 of the IPC.
2. The applicant has allegedly obtained payment of Rs.4,50,000/- on promise to arrange the employment. However, he failed to arrange the employment or return the amount.
3. Considering that the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class and the applicant is in jail since 28.1.2021 i.e. for more than 5
MCRC No. 2565 of 2021 months, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.
4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
