(2) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order - Annexure P/5, whereby, he has been assigned the duties at the Magazine Zone of Pandovapara Colliery.

(3) It appears that the petitioner was working as Clerk Grade-II/MTK,

Relay -A, from where he has been transferred to Magazine zone, however, the place of posting remains the same i.e. Pandovapara Colliery.

(4) Although the impugned order uses the word "transfer", but as a matter of fact, it is only the petitioner's place of duty which has been changed and he has not been sent on transfer that is to say the headquarter/station has not changed.

(5) It is the settled law that the writ Court does not interfere with day to day administration of any organization. (6) The impugned order appears to be administrative in nature, therefore, no case for interference is made out. (7) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
