The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.208/2018 registered in Police Station Fingeshwar, District Gariyaband for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376(2) of the IPC and Section 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Officences Act, 2012.
