1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.470/2018 registered in Police Station Ratanpur, District Bilaspur for offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Officences Act, 2012.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application with liberty to repeat his prayer for bail after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
