1. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petition No. 177 of 2006 was dismissed on account of preemptory order passed on 14.07.2015.

2. He further submits that however subsequently after the Order he has already moved appropriate application for making necessary correction. As such the Order dated 14.07.2015 may be recalled.

3. On due consideration, the ground raised in the Application finding them to be satisfactory the M.C.C. is allowed. The Writ Petition No. 177 of 2006 is restored to its original number for further hearing.
