It is submitted that due to typographical mistake in the array of respondents in the cause title, descriptions of respondents No.2 & 3 have been wrongly mentioned as "Gevra Project" whereas the correct descriptions are "Dipka Project".

Taking into aforesaid submission, it is directed that in the array of respondents in the cause title in place of "Gevra Project" it shall be read as "Dipka Project".

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this order alongwith order dated 07.09.2016 passed in WPS No. 4537 of 2016 before the concerned authorities who are required to comply with the order of the Court. 4.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
