By this criminal revision, the applicant assails the order dated 15.7.2015 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, in S.T.No.30/2015, whereby the trial Court has allowed the application filed by the prosecution under Section 311 of the CrPC and permitted for re-examination of complainant Vijay Vaishnav and fixed the case on 24.8.2015 for his evidence. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I do not find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference of this Court under its revisional jurisdiction.

Consequently, the revision being without substance is liable to and is accordingly dismissed.
