This contempt petition has been filed by the applicant herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 27.07.2015 passed in Contempt Case No.339/2015 and order dated 08.04.2015 passed in W.P. No.1132/2005.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that in compliance of the Court orders dated 27.07.2015 and 08.04.2015, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa has decided the representation of the applicant on 20.08.2015.

In view of the aforesaid order dated 20.08.2015, the order of this Court has already been complied with, no contempt case is made

out for initiating contempt proceeding. The copy of the order dated 20.08.2015 passed by Collector/non-applicant be supplied to the counsel for the applicant. However, the applicant is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of.
