1. The dispute raised in the present writ petition is primarily in respect of the non settlement of the undisputed claims as contended by the petitioner in respect of printing and supply of books made by the petitioner to the respondents.

2. Counsel for the petitioner categorically submits that till date there has not been any dispute pointed out by the respondents in respect of the supply made by the petitioner or in respect of the quantity or quality of

supply made by the petitioner. However, the respondents, till date, have not released substantial portion of amount due to the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the respondents submits that let the petitioner furnish a fresh detailed representation to the respondent no.1 and the respondent no.1 in turn shall consider his claim in accordance with the guidelines governing the institution. He further submits that to the limited instruction that he has, there were certain complaints received in respect of the quality and quantity of supply made and whether it was on behalf of the petitioner or someone else it is yet to be ascertained/inquired.

4. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the respondents, the writ petition as such stands disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation in addition to the representation that he has made to the respondents till now and the respondent no.1 in turn shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits, at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
