Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners were transferred on the mutual basis by order dated 10.8.2015 and immediately thereafter, without any reason, their order of transfer was cancelled by order dated 14.8.2015 by modifying the order. He would further submit that there was no apparent or administrative reason to modify the order dated 10.8.2015. He would further submit that other persons who were transferred by order dated 10.8.2015 on mutual basis, their transfer order has not been cancelled. He would lastly submit that petitioners be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.3. 2.
Be that as it may, the petitioners are directed to make representation before the respondent No.3, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the representation keeping in view the fact that their transfer is based on mutual basis which has already been accepted and in that context, order has been issued on 10.8.2015. 3.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petitions stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
