Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/10/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's claim for grant of revised pay scale is required to be considered by the respondents as according to the petitioner, he is identically situated as Ashok Kumar Aasrekar, in whose favour, an order was passed by this Court on 19/02/2013 directing to grant him appropriate higher pay scale of Plant Mechanic. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued for examination and scrutiny of his case by the respondents in view of order passed in the case of Ashok Kumar Aasrekar.

If the respondents reach to the satisfaction that the petitioner is also similarly situated, the same benefit shall be extended to the petitioner as

directed by this Court earlier in the case of Ashok Kumar Aasrekar. 4.
