1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as she is arrested in connection with crime No.104/2021 registered in Police Station Tumbibod, District Rajnandgaon C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 368, 370, 376 and 493 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicant enticed the prosecutrix to accompany her in connection with catering work at Rajasthan. After reaching Bhilai on 12.2.2021, this applicant along with Jagdish and

MCRC No. 2584 of 2021 another person took the prosecutrix to Jaipur where they forcibly married the prosecutrix with one Manish Kumar in temple. This applicant and Jagdish in fact sold the prosecutrix to Manish Kumar for Rs.2 Lakhs. Manish Kumar thereafter performed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the nature of allegation and for the fact that charge sheet has already been filed and the applicant is in jail since 12.3.2021, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. She is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
