Agrawal Order On Board 10/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for reimbursement of tuition fee paid to respondent No. 3 in the year 2009 as per policy of the Central Government dated 25.5.1965 (Annexure P-7). (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to respondent No. 2 and, in turn, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.
