Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 02/12/2019 1.
The present review petition has been filed by the applicants/NTPC seeking review of the order dated 18.2.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 1053/2019. 2.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that after the order passed by this Court on 18.2.2019, the applicants/NTPC vide their order dated 1.3.2019 have decided the claim of the respondents/petitioners. 3.
In view of the fact that the applicants have since decided the claim of the respondents/petitioners by rejecting the same, this Court is of the view that the order passed by this Court on 18.2.2019 stands duly complied with. Once when the order has been complied with, the question of reviewing of the order does not arise at all. The review petition has in fact become infructuous at this stage. 4.
In view of above, the review petition is dismissed. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ JUDGE
