The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved on account of nonconsideration of his application for vacating stay which was filed on 02.05.2015. 2.

It appears that the interim order was granted in favour of respondent No.5, whereafter, the petitioner moved application for vacating stay which has remained pending before the Commissioner. As there is application already filed, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. At this stage, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Commissioner to decide the application for vacating stay as early as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
