Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal under Clause 15 of the guidelines relating to appointment of Panchayat Assistant-cum-Data Entry Operator read with the relevant provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.
