The order sheet further shows that the appellant was not enlarged on bail. The memo received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur, would show that the appellant has suffered his entire jail sentence and has been released from jail on 26.03.2012. No representation is made on behalf of the appellant, even in the second call.

Considering the fact that the appellant has already suffered his jail sentence, the appeal stands dismissed as no representation is made to continue the appeal.
