1. Mr. Arun Sao, Advocate, on direction from the Court sought instructions and it has been informed that meeting of the departmental promotion committee has already been held and recommendation is pending approval of the Collector and order will be passed in the first week of May, 2018. Communication to this effect was also issued to the petitioner on 25-4-2018 by the District Education Officer, Bilaspur.

2. A copy of the communication dated 25-4-2018 is placed on record.
