1. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.188/2021 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, District - Baloda Bazar Bhatapara C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 324, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

2. On some dispute between the present applicants and injured Om Prakash and Awadh Ram Sahu they were inflicted injuries by means of knife. As against the applicant No.1 the allegation is of causing injuries by throwing bricks whereas applicant No.2 has caused injuries by means of knife, however, the injuries caused by knife are also simple injuries.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the entire fact situation of the case and also for the fact that applicants are in jail since 15.3.2021 and the charge-sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
