None for the appellant, even when the case is called in second round.

Earlier vide order dated 10.08.2016 appeal filed in respect of the appellant No.1 has already been abated as the said appellant had expired.

Pursuant to bailable warrant issued by this Court on 10.08.2016, the report has been submitted by the concerned Station House Officer, informing this Court that the appellant No. 2 Jairam @ Tulu S/o. Anandram Rathiya has also expired. Along with this report a death certificate of the appellant No. 2 has also been enclosed.

In view of the death of appellant No.2, present appeal has been abated in his respect also. Consequently, this appeal has been abated as a whole.
