1. At the outset, learned counsel for the State, referring to averments made in the reply and documents filed therewith, submits that the impugned order dated 30th July, 2016 has been cancelled by an order dated 19.1.2017.

2. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner no longer exists and, therefore, the petition is finally disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
