Shri D. R. Minj, Dy. Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07/10/2016 The petitioner through the present writ petition is assailing the order dated 12.10.2015 i.e. the order of suspension passed against the petitioner.

A perusal of the record attached with the petition reflects that the petitioner has not preferred an appeal against the said suspension order to the Authority concerned.

Counsel for the petitioner at this juncture prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the respondents in accordance with the rule governing the field.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

If the petitioner makes an appeal, the concerned Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible.
