None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called. 2.

Shri D.H. Tondon, Manager (Personal Banking), State Bank of India, Kutchery Branch, Raipur, is present in person. 3.

Shri Patankar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondents No. 5 & 6, submits that pending the petition before this Court the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed inasmuch as the arrears of the revised pension adding of additional 20% to the existing pension with effect from 1.1.2012 i.e., the date on which he attained age of 80 years, till 31.11.2016 amounting to Rs. 1,26,429/-, has been released to the Petitioner and the amount has been credited to his account on 9.12.2016. Shri Patankar,

-2further submits that for the subsequent period, necessary instructions have already been issued for grant of pension at the revised higher scale. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon and the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. In case, if any grievance of the Petitioner still survives he shall be at liberty to approach the Court by moving appropriate application. 5.
