The applicant has preferred this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.265/2021, registered at Police Station Kotwali Ambikapur, Distt. Surguja (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 354, 294, 506, 509(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, would submit that with the passage of time the bail application has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
