1. Petitioner, who is working as Assistant Grade-II in the District Excise Office, Dantewada, has preferred this writ petition for setting aside the order dated 27.08.2015 and to permit the petitioner to continue his service in the present place of posting.

2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would confine his prayer to move representation before the appropriate authority of the respondent and pray that the authorities may kindly be directed to consider the representation at the earliest.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner moves a fresh representation before the competent authority of the respondent, the said authority is directed to decide the same at the earliest.
