Order On Board 12/10/2015 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court. It has been submitted that despite direction of this Court, the Chief Executive Officer has not decided the matter till date.

It appears that the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Korba has sent a memo on 21/01/2015 to the Director seeking his guidelines and instructions. 3.

The respondent is the competent appointing authority of the petitioner and in that capacity, he has to take appropriate decision in the case of the petitioner. Considering that he has sent a memo to the Director, it is directed that if the respondent does not receive any response from the Director within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, he shall proceed to decide the matter without awaiting any direction from the Director. 4.
