This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.62/2015, registered at Police StationChhuikhadan, Distt.Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376/34 of the IPC, Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3 (1) (XII) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocity) Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
