2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 24.03.2021 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Collector Bemetara under Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (hereinafter referred as 'Control Order 2016').

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/ State submits that Clause 18(2) of the Control Order 2016 provides that any person aggrieved by the order of the Collector may file appeal to the State Government within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

4. Since, further appeal has been contemplated under Clause 18(2) of the Control Order 2016 and this petition appears to have been filed on 31.03.2021,

-2the petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal before the State Government within a period of three weeks from today.

5. The certified copy of the order dated 24.03.2021 (Annexure P/1) be returned to the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
