1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.96/2020 registered in Police Station Sirgitti, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

2. The applicant is a Lab Technician facing allegation that he got issued forged blood test report purportedly issued by the Thyro Care Lab, Mumbai, whereas, in fact, such report was never issued by the said Lab.

3. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail to the applicant.

4. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 8.3.2020 and offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, this Court is inclined to

release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned on duty remand Magistrate. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.

6. Consequently, I A No.1 for grant of ad interim bail and IA No.2, for urgent hearing during Lock-down period due to outbreak of Covind-19 Pandemic, stand disposed of.
