1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for promotion on the post of Teacher (Panchayat) Science from the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) but his case has not been considered by the competent authority, therefore, he may be permitted to make representation before the competent authority and the same be directed to decide within the stipulated time.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation within four weeks from today before the competent authority and that will be considered and decided by the competent authority within six weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
