By this application, the petitioner prays for correction of cause title by submitting that due to typographical mistake, while filing the petition, the petitioner has been shown to be son of Shri B.R. Nagarchi, whereas the petitioner is wife of Shri B.R. Nagarchi. 2.

This submission has been made on affidavit, therefore, in the cause title it shall be read as "Smt. Anusuiya Nagarchi W/o Shri B.R. Nagarchi" in place of "Smt. Anusuiya Nagarchi S/o Shri B.R. Nagarchi". 3.
