The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.59/2018 (wrongly mentioned as 50/18) in the certified copy) registered in Police Station Manendragarh, District Korea (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 294, 324 of IPC and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 18/02/2018 over a dispute of payment of amount when complainant Danish Akhtar demanded money back as a result of which quarrel took place and applicant assaulted the victim by way of knife on his chest.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on a trivial dispute the incident happened. He further submits that nature of injury is simple in nature, applicant is in jail since 18/02/2018 and charge sheet has been filed, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the back ground of the case, charge sheet has been filed and nature of injury appears to be simple in nature, this court is

inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
