This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.110 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Sarangarh, District Raigarh (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the POSCO Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
