This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by order dated 19.01.2012 whereby representation of the petitioner for getting benefits under the 'Rajrajeshwari Scheme' has been rejected on the ground that the said policy was applicable only for the period from 1.09.1999 till 30.04.2000, whereas mother of the petitioner died on 18.03.1999. He submits that the benefit of the said policy will be applicable from 1st may, 1998. 2.

In the absence of any material on record to show that the benefits of Insurance policy

under the said scheme would be applicable in cases of accident with effect from 1st may, 1998, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The petition is therefore, dismissed.
